Responsibility, Accountability & Authority of the position:
• Responsible for Sales volume, Market share, Administration, Budget control, profitability, Customer satisfaction.
• Dealer Development.
• Training of Dealer Salesforce.
• Maintain cordial relationship with key customers / Financers.

Knowledge & Skills:
• Experience of CE industry, with exposure to Excavator Sales.
• Good Communication, technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh Market & experience in Dealer Handling.
